Copies of deeds, affidavits, a bill of sale for slaves, inventories of real and personal property, and a catalog of books. Fraser's Hillsborough estate, "Hartford," was used by Cornwallis as British headquarters and later occupied and, according to Fraser, damaged by American troops.
